A Subgoal is a breakup of the larger goal into smaller, trackable goals/steps that help in tracking progress & achieving the larger goal much more efficiently. However, it is not necessary to use the sub-goals so Keka offers you the ability to disable the sub-goals if it is not required.
Let us take a look at how we can disable sub-goals.
Navigate to the Performance (1) module, then click on the Objectives (2) tab, where you can access Settings (3) and select Objective Settings (4). Under Objective settings, click on the Edit (5) option right next to the Goal Terminology.
Click on the Toggle icon that says I'd wish to use sub-goals in the Organization (1) and click on Save (2) to disable the sub-goals.
Disabling Sub-goals won't affect the already existing goals. It will be applicable to the goals which will be added going forward.
The Objective Terminology might vary based on the settings configured by your organization.
