How to enable/disable password protection in payslips?

For security reasons, payslips are password-protected when emailed.Some organizations might want to protect their employees' payslip with passwords and some organizations might not want the same. Hence, Keka provides you the option to enable/disable passwords for payslips.


Follow the below path to enable/disable-

Go to the Payroll (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Settings (2). Then go the Paygroup (3) tab and click on Other Settings (4). 

You'll be taken to Payslip Settings (1). Then click on the 3 dots (2) and select Update Settings (3).

Enable/Disable the toggle of Payslip Password Protection (1) and click on Save (2).
