During the review process, the reporting manager or team leader assesses the employees' achievements and progress towards the objectives and goals. This involves comparing their performance with set expectations and providing feedback accordingly.
However, in some cases, the admin may determine that the post-review process is unnecessary for certain employees, as there may be no bias detected in their ratings. In such instances, Keka provides the admin with the option to skip the post-review stage and proceed directly to the pre-finalization phase.
Now, let's see how an admin can easily skip the post-review process for employees.
Go to the Performance (1) section and select Reviews (2). Then you'll be redirected to the Review Groups (3) and select the required review group from the list and select the Review Cycles (4) and click on View Progress (5)
Go to the third stage of the flow, i.e., Post Review Process (1) where you'll find the button to Skip Post Review Process (2).
Reviews awaiting on the post review process will be moved directly to finalized phase and for any upcoming reviews it will skip this process. This action will not allow you to enable this stage at any given point.
