In Keka, you can upload a signed Form 16 downloaded from the traces website or use the Document Signer Tool to sign the Form 16's and upload it in Keka.
1. To upload Signed Form 16's
Please go to Payroll>>Payroll Admin>>Form 16>>Upload or Sign Form 16
In the Upload or Sign Form 16 Window select Proceed to Upload
In the Proceed to Upload Window Select Click To upload and select the .zip file with the signed Form 16's downloaded from Traces website.
2. Use Document signer to sign Form 16's and upload it on Keka.
