How to generate a report of employee's work from home or on-duty requests?

Modified on Tue, 27 Jun, 2023 at 11:57 AM

Working from home refers to the practice of performing job duties from a location other than the office. This arrangement allows employees to work remotely, typically from their homes.

There can be many employees in an organization & manually keeping track of each employee's WFH/ On-Duty request is a tedious task. Keka offers you ways to keep track of the employees who have applied for Work From Home or On-Duty.

To generate the report of the employees' WFH/ On-Duty request, navigate to the Time Attend (1) tab, then click on Reports (2).

Once you reach the Reports tab, scroll down to find the Attendance Request Reportsthen click on Working Remotely (WFH/OD) Requests as shown in the image below.

Select the Date Range (1) as per your requirement & then Click on Run (2).

You will be able to check the employee's WFH or On-Duty requests & also export the records in Excel/ PDF format by clicking on the Download icon, as shown in the below image.
