Keka allows managers to leave internal notes on employee profiles, which only privileged users and the employee's managers can see. These notes serve as a reference for managers to take necessary actions on behalf of the employee.
To do this go to the employee's profile on Keka and in the top right portion you will see some icons. Among these, find the Write Internal Note icon.
Clicking on it will open a new window where you can add the note in the Add internal note field and then you have to click on Submit to save the note.
Alternatively, you can go to the Performance (1) section of the employee's profile, and under Continous Feedback (2) you will find the Internal Notes (3) section. Here, click on Write Internal Note (4).
Again the same window will open where you can add the note in the Add internal note field and then you have to click on Submit to save the note.
These notes can be now viewed by admins (Global admin, HR executive, and HR Manager) and Reporting Manager for their reference.
