Compliance reports verify whether a company follows the industry standards, rules, regulations, and laws mandated by national or state governments and regulatory bodies. Such reports can be either obligatory or for internal oversight mechanisms. They provide evidence that an organization conforms to a particular regulatory standard. Non-compliance can lead to reputational damage, substantial fines, and, in extreme cases, imprisonment or forced closure of the organization.
To find compliance reports, follow the steps below:
On the Keka HR portal, click on the Payroll (1) tab. Go to REPORTS (2) and then, to Compliance Reports (3). Under COMPLIANCE STATES/ACTS (4), you can find state/act-wise compliance reports.
