A loan is money that one individual, organization, or institution lends to another individual, organization, or institution for a specific period. Some organizations allow employees to apply for loans in case of emergency or personal reasons. It would be a tedious task to keep track of all the loans requested by employees, their current status, or the loan's outstanding amount/ EMIs.
Keka offers you multiple reports on Loans, that you can generate to check the loan details based on your requirement.
Let us take a look at the reports available on Loans and where to find them:
Navigate to Payroll (1), then click on Reports (2). You will be able to see the Payroll, Contributions & Taxes (3) tab under the Reports sections.
Once you have reached the Payroll, Contributions & Taxes tab, scroll down to find the Loans Reports.
You can generate any of the loan reports as per your requirements and also you will have the option to download those reports for future reference.
