A report on salary revisions is useful for tracking changes made to an employee's salary over time. It allows employers to review how the employee’s pay has been adjusted and identify any inconsistencies or errors. This report can be used to ensure that all salaries are being calculated correctly, and it can also be used to identify trends in salary revisions over time. Additionally, this report can be used to make informed decisions about salary changes in the future.
Where/how to find salary revision reports
To find consolidated reports on all the salary revisions, go to the Payroll (1) section and click on Reports (2). On the Payroll, Contributions and Tax (3) tab, find Payroll Reports (4) and select Salary Revision Report (5).
In the Salary Revision Report, Select the relevant Pay Group if you have more than one configured. Also, select the desired date range for which you want the report to be generated.
There are filters you can use to create the report for a particular Location, Department, Cost Center, and more.
Once you have selected the range and the filters, click Run to generate the report.
This will generate the report for the pay group and the date range you have selected. Scroll left to see the details of the Previous Salary and the Revised Salary.
You can also download the report in an Excel format by clicking on the Download icon. Also, you can customize the visibility of columns by clicking on the 3 dots.
