A payslip, or a salary slip, is a monthly document employers issue to their employees. It provides a comprehensive breakdown of the employee's earnings and deductions for the specified period. It is a legal requirement for employers to issue payslips to their employees as evidence of salary payments made.
To download the payslip of an employee, log in to the Keka portal and search for the employee (1). Once the employee's profile is displayed, go to Finances (2) and then to Pay (3). Now, click on Pay Slips (4). Choose the year/month and then click on the download button (5).
