Hey Keka Users, we want to inform you about a significant change related to Keka's bank account details for online fund transfers through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS.
Currently, we are using an RBL virtual account (IFSC Code – RATN0VAAPIS). However, this account becomes disabled automatically if no payment is received over a 90-day period. This has led to payment failures in certain cases, especially when payments occur less frequently.
To enhance your payment experience and avoid such issues, we are transitioning to an Axis Bank Virtual account, which does not have these limitations.
What You Need to Know:
1. Existing Customers with RBL Virtual Account: If you are an existing customer who has been using the RBL Virtual Account via Razorpay, please note that the existing RBL virtual account will be disabled by 30th November. You will soon receive the updated Axis Bank virtual account details, which will also be included in your upcoming invoices. Going forward, please make payments to this new account. For the updated account details, visit our billing portal [here](https://billing.keka.com).
2. Recent Customers with Axis Bank Virtual Account: If you are a recent customer and have already received the new Axis Bank virtual account details (IFSC code - UTIB000RAZP), you don't need to take any action. This change solely impacts customers who have previously used the RBL Bank virtual account.
3. Online Payment Gateway Users: If you make payments via the online payment gateway, this change will not affect you. You can continue to make payments through the online payment gateways.
To quickly identify which virtual account you are using, you can check the IFSC code associated with the account details in your billing portal. If the IFSC code is UTIB000RAZP, you are using the Axis Bank Virtual Account. If the IFSC code is RATN0VAAPIS, you are using the RBL Bank Virtual Account.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this change, please feel free to contact us at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). Our team is always available to assist you.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely thank you for your continued trust in Keka.
