The 6 steps in the Run payroll page doesn't include the Full & Final processing. The Full & Final settlement is processed separately and all the payroll changes need to be done during this process like adding ad-hoc payments or deductions, adding leave encashment, Notice period buyout if applicable, etc.
To add the LOP in the final settlement, go to Org (1) and select Exits (2). Here move to In Exit process (3) and select the Employee you want. Now under actions click options and select Process and settle (4).
Here in the window, move to Dues & Overrides and search for LOP Overrides. Here under LOP adjustment you can give your manual LOP and enter the Comment. Once done click Save & Continue.
