How to add the Tax Rates for billing in timesheet?

When you generate an invoice for the client, based on the country you need to add taxes as applicable in the invoice. In keka you can pre-define Tax rates and select them while generating the invoice so that the Tax is calculated accordingly.


To add tax rates for Timesheet Invoicing, you can go to Project (1) and select Finances (2). Here under Settings (3) select Taxes (4). Under Taxes you can see Add Tax and Add Group Tax. You can add group tax as per legal Entity and you can add a General Tax rate if you select Add Tax. 



To add Tax rates select Add Task and in the window enter the Name, select the Legal Entity and the Tax Rate. Once you have entered the details click Add.



In case you would like to add Group Tax, click on Group Tax and in the Window enter the Tax group Name, the Legal Entity and the Taxes that come under the Tax group. Once the tax rates are added you can click Add.
