How to delete a Review cycle?

In case you have created a review cycle and would now like to delete it, you can delete it in Keka.

A review cycle can only be deleted if there are no ongoing reviews for any employee. Make sure all reviews are cancelled before you go ahead with the following steps.

To delete a Review cycle go to Performance (1) and select Reviews (2). Here under Review group you can see all the review groups available. Select the Review group (3) and then go to the Review cycle (4) you would like to Delete.

Now in the review cycle under options, select Delete Cycle.

In the Pop-up enter the comment and click Delete.

Once a review cycle is deleted it cannot be retrieved. All data related to review cycle will be deleted.
