While assigning the resources to the projects, admins set the start date for each one of the employees. But later due to any case, like the employee is on emergency leave or the employee has to work on some other project first, etc., the admin or the project manager might need to change the start date of the employee. Keka provides you with the simplest way to change the timesheet start date.
Below is the path to update the same -
Go to the Project (1) section of the Keka Portal and click on Projects (2). Then go to the Project List (3).
You'll be taken to the Active Projects (1) tab, now click on any project under which tasks need to be added.
Here, we are taking Azure Mobile App (2) project, for instance.
Once you click on the project, the project's page will open.
Now go to the Team (1) tab and click on the pen icon (2) on the extreme right side of the Employee Name (Rahul Mishra).
Once you click on the Pen Icon, and click on the Start Date.
Now change the Start Date from the calendar.
Scroll down in the edit box and click on Done.
Now click on the tick mark (update) and the settings made will be changed.
This is how Timesheet start date can be changed.
