Before employees can be part of a project, they need to be assigned timesheet policies based on which the billable time can be logged on these projects. To save time and eliminate redundancy, Keka offers you the ability to assign them in bulk.
Here's how you can assign timesheets in bulk -
Go to the Projects (1) module and into the Policies and settings (2) section where you'll see the Timesheet policy (3) tab
Under the policy to be assigned, select the Employees assigned tab and click on Assign employee
Under Timesheet policy allocation (1), Select (3) the desired employees for whom the policy needs to be assigned and click Assign/Change (2)
Select the desired policy and the timesheet period and click Save to assign them in bulk.
