In an organization, giving feedback to employees is a very important part of their growth and performance. Feedback promotes professional growth and skills mastery among your workforce. It can also inspire confidence and instill a greater sense of job satisfaction in the workplace.
In order to check all the feedback given to the employees, follow the below path to check and download the report of the same -
Go to the Performance (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Reports (2) then under Feedback please click on Employee Feedbacks (3)
Once you click on the Employee Feedback report select the Date Range(Mandatory), Department, Location (2), and click on Run(2). Once you click on run a report will be generated and you can Download report in the Excel format (3).
