How to create a new Review group?

Though we recommend that you keep the number of Review groups to a minimum, it sometimes becomes inevitable. In cases where you have different reviews for employees based on department, Business unit or Job Level and need the employees to be segregrated in different review groups, you can create Review groups.


To create a new review group, go to Performance (1) and select Reviews (2), here under Review groups search for Add Review group (3). You will receive a pop-up in which click Add Review Group (4) again.



In the Setup Review Group page select the Review Group Name. Add description if required and then select How does your review cycle Work? Here you can selec if the review happens at the same time for all employees or it is based on the joining date of the employee. Then select the Frequency and Date cycle starts from. Lastly select Who can manage the review grop? You can search for any employee name who can manage it in the box provided. Once you have filled all details select Next.



In the Add Employees page click Add Employees.



You can use the Filters available to filter as per your requirement and use the Checkbox to select employees. Once done, you can click Add.



In the pop-up select Add again.



Now after the employees are added to the review group click Complete to create the new Review Group.
