How to rollback review to previous stage once it is finalized?

Modified on Tue, 6 Feb at 3:16 PM

While the review for an employee is completed, in certain cases due to unexpected circumstances such as an incorrect interpretation of the question or the wrong calibration submitted, the performance admin may wish to have an employee's review rolled back again. In this scenario, Keka offers the admin to rollback the review.

Let us take at look at how can we rollback a review

Navigate to the
Performance (1) module and select the Reviews (2) section where you'll be redirected to the Review Groups (3) and select the required review group from the list and select the review cycle and click on View progress (4).

In the Finalized(1) stage, you'll see the list of employees whose review is already completed & released. Click on the 3 dots under the Actions column (2) where you'll see the option to Rollback Review(3).

Enter the Reason for rollback(1) & click on Confirm(2).

Once you have rolled back the review, again click on the 3 dots under the Actions column (2) where you'll see the option to Rollback Post Review Process(3).

Notice the Report status is now changed to from 'Released' to 'Not Released'

The employee will now be moved to Post Review Process.
