A review rating report contains the ratings submitted by every participant of a review cycle and can be generated once everyone has submitted the review form. Downloading this report might be needed for ease of reviewing, decision-making, archiving, compliance, documentation, etc.
Keka offers you the option to download a report of the ratings given by all the review participants.
Here's how an admin can download a report of review ratings -
Go to the Performance (1) section and into Reports (2). Select the Employee Review Rating Report (3).
Use the necessary Filters, i.e. choose the review group and the review cycle to customize the report and click Run to generate the same. Use the Download arrow if you wish to download the report.
And that is how you can download a review rating report of employees of a review cycle.
