In every organization, employees are assigned specific salary structures that represent the value of different salary components. These structures can vary based on the organization's requirements, with different components or formulas/values. For instance, an intern might have a salary structure consisting solely of a stipend component, while a full-time employee would have a different structure tailored to their job position and tax benefits.
If you're interested in finding out the salary structure assigned to a particular employee, continue reading for the details.
Search the employee's name in the Global search bar (1) of the Keka portal and open their profile. Now click on Finances (2), then, go to the Pay (3) section.
Here, you will be directed to the Salary (1) tab. Click on the arrow mark (2) under Salary Timeline beside the Regular Salary.
A new section will appear where you will find Salary Breakup hyperlink and so you can click on it.
Once you click on Salary Breakup, an overlay screen will appear with the breakup of that employee's salary.
Here, on the left side of the page, you will be able to see the versions of the salary structure that was assigned to the employee along with the date of the salary structure assignment.
