Estimated Revenue
This section displays the monthly billable amount derived from timesheets for billable tasks by project resources. It offers a breakdown of invoiced and non-invoiced revenue through a chart, with an option to view data by year for a comprehensive billing overview of the client.
Activity Log
The right pane features an activity log detailing client detail changes, like billing and contact info, by assigned resources. It shows who made changes and when. For a specific period review, click View All Activity and select from predefined ranges—7, 14, 30 days—or set a custom range.
Billable and Non-Billable hours
The summary page's billable and non-billable hours section displays the total project hours for a client, distinguishing between billable (chargeable) and non-billable (non-chargeable) hours. This distinction aids in project management and adherence to billable hours limits. It also allows for historical comparison of hours spent across different months and years, with a selectable year option for detailed analysis.
Notes
The notes feature in Keka lets you add and share important notes or files about a client with all team members working on related projects. Simply type your note in the provided text box and attach any relevant files to ensure efficient communication and information sharing among team members.
Billing Address
This section reflects the primary billing address of a client. If it's your first time adding an address, simply click on +Add Billing Address. This will open a window where you can input the address details required for client billing.
