How to enable pay slip visibility for imported payroll data

Sometimes, payslips are generated via imported payroll data. Even though such payslips are visible to admins by default, they may not be visible to employees. This document will show you how to enable its visibility to employees.

 

Click on the Payroll (1) menu. Go to Settings (2) and click on Pay Groups (3). Choose your pay group (if you have multiple groups) and then click on the Configure (4) icon against it under Actions.



 

On the next window that pops up, click on Other settings (5) and then choose Payslip settings (6). Click on the 3 dots (7) against General payslip settings and select Update settings (7). 


 

 

 

On the next window that pops up, under General payslip settings, find the Display payslip generated via imported salaries to employees. Check the box (8) against it to enable it. Now, click Save (9).
