How to download the FnF statement

The Full and Final Settlement (FnF) in payroll is a process that takes place when an employee leaves an organization, whether by choice or termination. During this process, the employer must settle all outstanding payments, including salary, bonuses, incentives, and retirement benefits. The purpose of this settlement is to ensure that the employee receives all due payments before leaving the organization. A statement is generated to keep track of all exited employees, detailing their earnings and deductions.

In order to download the F&F statement of an employee, follow the steps below:

On the portal, click on Org (1). Find Exits (2) and then click on Full & Final (3). 

Now, go to Finalized (4), find the name of the employee under Employee, and then, click on the 3 dots (5). 

Choose Download (6) from the options. The F&F statement will now be downloaded onto your computer. 

The F&F statement downloaded from the Finalized stage would only be a provisional statement.

Find below another way to download the F&F statement:

Click on Org (1). Go to Exits (2) and find Full & Final (3). 

Click on Settled (4). Find the name of the employee under EMPLOYEE and click on the 3 dots (5). 

Choose Download (6) from the options. The F&F statement will now be downloaded onto your computer. 

The F&F statement downloaded from the Settled stage would be an original statement.
